Should any issues arise within the first 14 days or 50 hours after your purchase, we will take the equipment back and provide a full refund.

Our Buy-Back Offer is subject to the following conditions:

• The equipment must be used for no more than 14 days or 50 hours.
• No excessive or unprofessional repairs should have been carried out.
• There should be no signs of abnormal usage.
• The equipment should not have sustained any new damage.
• Vandalism, sabotage, and theft are not covered under this program.

By opting for our Buy-Back Guarantee, buyers agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The request for buy-back must be initiated by the buyer via email within 30 calendar days from the online purchase date.
• The equipment must be paid for and located on the buyer’s property when requesting buy-back.
• The buyer must not have transferred or sold the equipment to a third party after the online purchase.
• Confirmation of the equipment’s eligibility for buy-back may take approximately 30 days. An inspection will be conducted by the program administrator to verify the condition against the original details at the time of purchase.

Here are the revised conditions for eligibility for the buy-back program at East Arkansas Equipment Co:

• The equipment’s condition must match or exceed the condition indicated on the Equipment Details Page at the time of purchase.
• The equipment must meet the inspection criteria outlined in East Arkansas Equipment Co’s Terms & Conditions at the time of the buy-back request.
• The Buy-Back Guarantee cannot be added or removed after the purchase is completed.
• Once the buy-back is confirmed, the buyer will receive notification, and a refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of the transferable title from the buyer.
• Following repurchase under the Buy-Back Guarantee program, the equipment will remain on the buyer’s premises until it is picked up by one of our agents (typically within approximately 7 days after the buyer receives the refund). The buyer is expected to cooperate with the remarketing process, including granting inspection access, providing photographs, and facilitating equipment pickup.
• The buyer must store the equipment safely and responsibly, in line with industry standards. Any damage or loss incurred after repurchase and until the equipment is picked up from the buyer’s property is the buyer’s responsibility.
• East Arkansas Equipment Co reserves the right to impose limitations on the number of items for which any buyer may purchase the buy-back policy.
